The CRM module does not exist yet as a finished product. Website and Marketing come first, CRM follows after. This page explains what the module does and what it costs, so you can judge whether it fits your property. You can already sign up through the waitlist.

What the module does

These are the three core parts of the CRM module. No more separate workflows you have to build yourself.

Direct bookings and inquiries land in your own dashboard. Name, room, date, contact details: you manage it, not the OTA platform.

    A direct booking or inquiry no longer lands only in your mailbox, it also lands in your own dashboard. Name, room, date, contact details. You manage it, not Booking.

    As soon as the booking comes in, the system sends the confirmation email with the right details. You set the text once. After that, you never have to think about it again.

Good to know about the CRM module

Do I need the CRM module, or can I do without it?
You can do perfectly well without it. In the base subscription, a booking request simply lands in your mailbox, or you set your current booking system (Sirvoy, Lodgify, Beds24) as a booking widget on your site. The CRM module is the upgrade: all data in one place, automatic emails, and always exportable. Useful if you are losing track or doing too much by hand.
What do you mean by first-party data?
Every booking through Booking.com or Airbnb generates guest data, but that data stays with the platform. You see a name and an email, but Booking keeps the profile. With the CRM module, bookings and guest details land in your own environment. You are the owner. You can export, delete, or take the data with you if you ever leave.
What about GDPR?
The moment Hotelmark stores guest data on behalf of your hotel, we are a processor. We handle that with a data processing agreement you accept automatically at signup. In practice: data sits on EU servers, each hotel is isolated per hotel, we never use the data for our own purposes, and you can export or delete everything with one click. That is not a disclaimer, that is how it should work.
Which automatic emails does the module send?
Three by default: a booking confirmation right after receipt, a pre-arrival email three days before arrival, and a review request after checkout. You set the timing and the text yourself. No code.
Can I take my data with me if I stop?
Yes. Exporting to Excel or CSV takes one click, even while you are still a subscriber. If you stop paying, you get a grace period to download everything before the data is deleted.
When will the CRM module become available?
The module is in development. Website and Marketing come first. CRM follows after, since it requires the heaviest technical work and GDPR setup. Waitlist members hear about it first and get the best introductory price.
What does it cost?
The CRM module is an extension to the existing subscription. Website plus Marketing plus CRM together costs 79 euros per month and up. Cancel anytime, month to month, no annual contract.
