    We put everything into the template, connect your domain, and check that the technical basics are in order: speed, visibility, security, and the legal text.

    Review and approve

    Together

    You review your site via a preview link before we publish. Small corrections are still included. Then: approval and live.

    You manage, we handle the technical side

    After setup, you log in to the dashboard. Editing text, swapping photos, updating prices: you do that yourself. Hotelmark handles maintenance, updates, and security.

The dashboard is built for non-technical owners. Setting it up yourself takes an afternoon and you pay no setup fee. Choose the setup service only if you genuinely don't have time for it. More about setting it up yourself.

The setup service fits you if

  • Busy owner You know you need a new site, but you can't free up an afternoon for it. You want it handled, not something you work on yourself.
  • No interest in tech You're fine editing text and photos afterward, but the initial setup with domain and configuration is a hurdle you don't want to take on yourself.
  • Bringing an existing domain You have an old domain with Google ranking you don't want to lose. We bring the domain over, your email keeps working, and the new site lives at the same address.
Is this a separate subscription on top of the regular monthly rate?
No. You pay a one-time setup fee for the setup, and afterward the regular monthly subscription: Website (25 euros per month), Website + Marketing (45 euros per month), or Website + Marketing + CRM (79 euros per month). There's no separate 'agency subscription'. After setup you manage everything yourself through the dashboard.
What do I do myself and what does Hotelmark do?
You supply: your photos, text per room, your prices, your booking link or preferred system, and a short description of your property. Hotelmark puts everything into the template, configures your domain, and makes sure the site goes live. Then you take over.
Will I still need help afterward?
For most changes, no. Through the dashboard you change text, photos, and prices yourself, without code. You can ask structural questions by email. Larger changes to the layout or template fall outside the setup service.
Do I need to be technical to maintain my site afterward?
No. The dashboard works like a form: fill in, save, done. No code, no tech, no hassle. If you can send a reservation email, you can manage your site.
What if I already have a domain with an old site?
That's actually useful. An existing domain often already has Google ranking and backlinks built up that you don't want to throw away. We bring the domain over to Hotelmark, your email keeps working, and the new site lives at the same address.
When is the setup service available?
The setup service launches together with the platform in June 2026. Join the waitlist for early access and the launch price.
