Bookings through your system or inbox

Already using a booking system (Sirvoy, Lodgify, Beds24, and others)? Then we place the button on your site. No booking system? Then requests land directly in your inbox. Hotelmark doesn't store any of those requests.

Privacy handled from day one

Every site comes with a privacy policy, cookie notice, and terms and conditions. The data is stored in Europe and kept separate per hotel. You don't have to figure that out yourself.

Questions about the website module

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No. You enter your hotel name, photos, rooms, prices, and contact details through a simple dashboard. No code, no complicated settings. If you can fill in a form and upload photos, you can build your site.

Do I keep my web address?

Yes. Already have your own web address with an existing site? Then we keep that address and only replace the site on it. That address often already has years of position built up in Google; that stays intact. Your business email on that address keeps working as usual.

I don't have my own web address yet. What then?

Then we arrange it for you, including the connection that makes sure your site goes live on it right away. You don't touch any technology.

How does booking work?

Already using a booking system like Sirvoy, Lodgify, or Beds24? Then we place that system's booking button on your site. The booking and guest data stay in your system. No booking system? Then requests land directly in your own inbox. Hotelmark doesn't store any of those requests.

Can I see my site before I pay?

Yes. You build your site for free on a temporary preview page. You see what your own site looks like before you pay anything. Only once you're satisfied do you check out online and we go live on your own web address.

How is my guests' data protected?

By default, a booking request arrives in your own inbox; we don't store anything. Every site automatically comes with a privacy policy, cookie notice, and terms and conditions. The data is stored in Europe and kept separate from other hotels.
