These terms apply to the use of Hotelmark and the purchase of our packages by accommodations. We serve business customers (hotels, B&Bs, hostels, and similar accommodations).
The service
Hotelmark provides a hotel website with dashboard and hosting, plus additional marketing and CRM functionality. With a founding or done-for-you package, we set up your site for you and publish it on your behalf.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed on the website and are in euros. Payment is processed via Stripe. A subscription is billed periodically in advance. A one-time package is billed at purchase.
Once Hotelmark is required to charge VAT, invoices will be issued with VAT and this will be shown on the invoice.
Term and cancellation
A subscription can be canceled monthly, unless agreed otherwise. After cancellation, your site remains available until the end of the paid period and then goes offline. You can request your data within a reasonable period.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information and for the content of your site, including the rights to any text and images used. You will not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Availability and liability
We make every effort to provide a well-functioning, available service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to direct damages and to no more than the amount you paid in the preceding period. Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Data and privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. If we process guest data on your behalf (for example in the CRM module), we enter into a data processing agreement for that purpose.
