Hotelmark will be a ready-made hotel website template you fill in yourself and run on your own domain. We keep it online and secure. On top of that, you can optionally add a marketing module and, later, a CRM. All for a fixed monthly fee, no hourly rates, no annual contract. Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
A subscription. You pay a fixed monthly fee for the template, maintenance, your web address, updates, and security. Cancel anytime, month to month, no annual contract. There is no separate one-time purchase of the template, because running and keeping your site up to date is ongoing work.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. You fill in your details through a dashboard: hotel name, photos, rooms, prices, and contact. No code, no technical setup, no hassle. If you can fill in a form, you can build your site.
Can I start with just the website?
Yes, that's the starting point for most owners. You start with the website plan and add the marketing module or the CRM whenever you're ready. You don't have to take everything at once.
Who is this for?
For small Dutch accommodations without a website or with an outdated one: B&Bs, hostels, and small or family-run hotels. Large chains or pure vacation rentals fall outside the target group.
